I start every new client relationship with a free 30-minute consultation — no pressure, no commitment. This gives us a chance to talk about your goals, fitness history, and what you’re looking to achieve. We’ll also cover how I work, answer your questions, and make sure we’re the right fit.

After the consultation, if you’re ready to move forward, we’ll set up your personalized training program and schedule your sessions. Payment for your selected training package will be handled at that time.
